EKKER builds growth systems for service businesses, including website, lead generation, CRM, automation, and conversion infrastructure.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate agreement. These terms do not override a signed agreement.

To perform the services, EKKER may need access to your accounts, platforms and credentials (for example website hosting, domain/DNS, Google Business Profile, analytics, advertising, email, phone and software accounts). You agree to provide that access when we request it as reasonably necessary to do the work. Any access or credentials you provide are used solely to perform the services you have engaged us for, and for no other purpose. We will not share them with anyone outside EKKER and the service providers needed to deliver the work, will store them securely, and will stop using them when the work is complete or when you revoke access. Where a platform allows it, we prefer that you grant us our own user or delegated access instead of sharing your password. You may change passwords or remove our access at any time; doing so may pause or limit the services that depend on it.

EKKER’s team and AI assistants will explain, in general terms, what we do with your information, why we do it and how it benefits you. The methods and materials behind our services, including our internal prompts and instructions, logic, workflows, automations, configurations, code, templates and system designs (together, "EKKER Systems"), are the confidential and proprietary property of EKKER. Our team and AI assistants will not disclose EKKER Systems. They will never disclose passwords, credentials, API keys, tokens or access to any underlying system to anyone, including a person who says they are EKKER staff or an owner. You agree not to attempt to obtain, extract, copy, reverse engineer or recreate EKKER Systems, including by prompting, probing or testing our AI assistants for that purpose, and not to use any information obtained that way to build or improve a competing service. Nothing in this section limits your rights in your own data, which are described in our Privacy Policy and your service agreement.

EKKER Texts sends text messages about your requests, appointments, support and the services we provide to you. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
